1. Legal disclaimer

Status: the community coin Zihnelo ($ZIHN) was created on the Solana network via pump.fun (official mint address: F1oAWiDpXmHyupH6T7FeFpZo2oh3FnTreuGaXY6Vpump). Its first buy has not happened yet, so it is not trading; it has no price or liquidity. References in this text to the Zihnelo token mean $ZIHN. The old address 7QQRdpaPb563SbLZkxctFwYL6yyv848s1hJxYWpZpump (ZEKA era) is not official and is not used.

Zihnelo is an AI-themed meme/community token. It has no intrinsic value and carries no expectation of financial return.

Zihnelo is not a security, capital markets instrument, investment contract, equity, debt or profit-sharing right. This website and its materials are not an offer, invitation or solicitation to buy Zihnelo or any other asset, and do not constitute a contract.

No promises are made regarding profit, price, market capitalisation, exchange listings, liquidity or the delivery of any roadmap item. The roadmap only describes intentions; it is not binding and contains no dates.

There is no presale and no team allocation. There is no formal company, foundation or legal entity, and no named formal team behind Zihnelo; the project is community-driven. This website is for informational purposes only.

2. Not investment, legal or tax advice

Nothing on this website, in the whitepaper, on our social media accounts, or produced by the Zihnelo AI assistant is financial, investment, legal, tax or any other professional advice.

Do your own research (DYOR) before making any decision and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

3. Risk disclosure

Crypto-assets, especially meme tokens, are extremely high risk. Prices can change sharply in a very short time and the value of Zihnelo can fall to zero. Never use money you cannot afford to lose.

Key risks include: total loss; lack of liquidity (no buyer when you want to sell); the pump.fun bonding curve not completing; smart contract, blockchain, wallet or platform failures; fake tokens and fake contract addresses; phishing and scams; loss of private keys or recovery phrases; regulatory changes.

The official contract (mint) address is published only on this website: F1oAWiDpXmHyupH6T7FeFpZo2oh3FnTreuGaXY6Vpump. Do not trust addresses from other sources or other tokens with the same name; compare the address character by character.

4. Legal compliance and jurisdictions

You are solely responsible for complying with the laws of your country. Rules on acquiring, holding and taxing crypto-assets differ between countries.

Türkiye: crypto-assets were brought within Capital Markets Law No. 6362 by Law No. 7518; crypto-asset service providers require authorisation from, and are supervised by, the Capital Markets Board (SPK/CMB). The Zihnelo community is not a crypto-asset service provider and offers no trading, custody or brokerage services.

European Union: crypto-asset markets are governed by Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCA). This website is not intended to be a MiCA crypto-asset white paper or an offer of crypto-assets to the public.

Zihnelo and this website are not intended for persons in jurisdictions where crypto-assets are prohibited or restricted, persons located in countries or regions subject to sanctions by the U.S. Treasury's OFAC, or persons on sanctions lists. Such persons must not acquire Zihnelo or use this website for that purpose.

5. Third-party platforms

Third-party services such as pump.fun, PumpSwap and other decentralised exchanges (DEXs), Phantom and other wallets, the Solana network, Hugging Face (AI model files), Google Gemini (the cloud AI provider behind Zihnelo AI Cloud), Netlify (hosting), CoinGecko (SOL price data) and X are not controlled by the Zihnelo community.

Their use is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for outages, errors, losses or changes on these services. Links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.

6. Zihnelo AI assistant and apps

The Zihnelo AI assistant uses Google Gemini in cloud mode, or small open-source language models on your device in on-device mode. Answers may be wrong, incomplete or outdated; its outputs are not advice and should not be relied on without verification.

When Zihnelo AI Cloud is switched on, the website’s Zihnelo AI uses it by default: your messages are sent through a relay on our host (a Netlify Function) to Google's Gemini API (free tier), which generates the reply. On the free tier Google may use submitted content to improve its products and it may be seen by human reviewers. Do not enter personal data, passwords, seed phrases, private keys or other sensitive information. When the quota is exhausted, on errors or offline, the assistant automatically falls back to the on-device model or FAQ mode; each answer shows which engine produced it. If you choose on-device mode, your chats stay on your device.

The Windows, Android and iPhone apps have not been released yet (coming soon). There is currently no official app available for download; files offered elsewhere are not official. The website and the web assistant are provided "as is". Model files are downloaded from Hugging Face; download sizes and data usage are your responsibility.

This website, chat and Zihnelo AI Cloud are for users aged 18 and over; if you are under 18, do not use them. The Gemini free tier may not be available to visitors in the EU/EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland; in those regions Gemini is not called and the reply falls back to offline knowledge. If the country cannot be determined, cloud mode is tried normally.

Voice input works only when you press the microphone button and uses your browser's own speech recognition; some browsers (e.g. Chrome) may send the audio to the browser vendor's servers for recognition. We never receive the audio; only the resulting text is sent as a message.

7. Terms of use

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or the apps.

You may not use the website for unlawful purposes, to mislead others, or to disrupt its operation.

No warranties: the website, content, assistant and apps are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability: to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Zihnelo community, contributors and site operators shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage (including lost profits and loss of token value) arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website, Zihnelo, the assistant or the apps.

These terms may be updated without prior notice; the current version is always on this page. Translations are provided for convenience.

8. Trademarks and licences

All product, platform and company names and trademarks mentioned (e.g. Solana, pump.fun, Phantom, Hugging Face, Google, Microsoft, Apple, Netlify, X) belong to their respective owners; their use does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

9. Privacy and cookies

This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies and collects no personal data. Your language preference and Zihnelo AI chat history are stored only in your browser (localStorage); downloaded AI models are kept in the browser cache. The hosting provider (Netlify) may process server logs such as IP addresses for technical reasons.

The SOL price card gets its data from CoinGecko through a proxy on our server; your browser does not connect to CoinGecko directly and no personal data is sent with this request.

When Zihnelo AI Cloud (cloud mode) is used, your messages are forwarded to Google's Gemini API to generate replies and are subject to Google's own terms and privacy policy; we do not store chat content. In on-device mode, chats stay on your device.
